1. Who we are

Playra LLC (“Playra,” “we,” or “us”) develops creative and educational iPhone and iPad experiences for children and families and operates playra.app. Contact us at support@playra.app for privacy questions and requests.

2. Information in our apps

Playra's current apps are being built without Playra accounts, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics SDKs. Many activities can work without a network connection. Depending on the specific app, families may create child nicknames or profiles, drawing files, game progress, puzzle placements, learning preferences, brushing routine history, and settings. These are generally stored locally on the device rather than sent to a Playra backend.

Features differ by app. Optional device features such as iOS notifications, speech synthesis, photo export, or the iOS share sheet may interact with Apple services or applications chosen by a parent. Consult the individual app's screens and App Store privacy information for feature-specific details.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Some Playra apps offer or plan to offer paid content through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes payments, payment-method information, transaction records, and any Apple ID authentication. Playra's app may receive entitlement or transaction-status information needed to unlock or restore a purchase, but we do not receive your full payment card number. Apple's privacy policy describes Apple's practices.

4. Website and hosting data

The Playra website is a static site. We do not intentionally place third-party advertising pixels or analytics cookies in its current design, and the public website has no child-facing registration or data-entry form. The hosting provider, Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, may process technical connection and request information (such as IP address, browser details, requested page, and timestamps) to deliver and protect the website in accordance with its own practices. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles of children.

5. Email and support

If you email support@playra.app, we receive the sender's email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, handle privacy requests, and keep necessary support records. Please do not send a child's full name, photographs, school information, or other sensitive details unless absolutely necessary.

6. Children's privacy

Our products are designed with children in mind, but support requests, purchases, outbound links, and privacy decisions are for adults. We do not knowingly request that children submit personal information to Playra through our website. Please contact us if you believe we have received a child's personal information so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

7. Sharing and retention

We do not sell children's personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Limited information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting and business email, by Apple when App Store features are used, or where legally required. Emails and related support records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, meet legal obligations, or protect against misuse, then deleted or de-identified as appropriate.

8. Your choices

• Use applicable in-app parent controls to review or reset local preferences and progress.
• Uninstalling an app typically removes its local app data from that device, but exported files, device backups, and Apple purchase records may be handled separately.
• Contact support@playra.app to ask about information we hold from email or support interactions and to request access or deletion where available by law.

9. Policy updates

We may update this policy as Playra apps add or change features. The current effective date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes to children's data handling will be reflected before relevant features launch.
